Kids milk chocolate packaging design

For Nelino milk chocolate packaging design, we created utterly new renders optimised for rotogravure printing. In colour separation, which counted nine channels, we divided renders from other elements if fine adjustments were needed on the spot during the first printing run. The Senso team approved print management and press proofing process.

We used special printing techniques for chocolates packaged in paper boxes. These techniques included hot gold foil, blind embossing and matte gold (Pantone metallic colour printed directly on semi-coated paper) and delivered unique finishing touch and premium look for new chocolate packaging.

Packaging design process

Since packaging design is a challenging process, we designed a unique workflow to optimise the creative process and communication with clients. This process includes detailed project briefing, defining visual direction together with the client, optimising all packaging design elements, texts and print management. Our goal is to deliver the final printed and packaged product that perfectly matches the 3D graphic model prototype.
